Scenario:
Neighbor boy comes over asking for a ride to an auto store to get a part for his truck. You give the ride-neighbor courtesy and all.
Neighbor boy comes back over two hours later asking for $80 to get said truck aligned. You have no idea where his parents are...do you give the kid the $ and under what conditions?

we need more details to complete the story. I am assuming he is close to 18 years old...Make out a contract and hold him accountable, but you must check with his Rents first! Otherwise, under NO circumstances would I give him $$.
Let's update this scenario...paid back in full from neighbor plus a $25 gift card to the movies in less than one week. That is my kind of return on investment.
