I just watched the movie, Dan in REal life....
I thought as a family we should start incorporating some sweet traditions that maybe one day, we will all look back on a laugh to the point of peeing in our pants! And colin and kirby and lucy and all the other little ones to follow can know there family loves each other... cause i love you guys! So lets here some ideas (does this feel forced?)

I haven't seen the movie are these funny traditions, real serious, short and sweet,??? On the 1st of the month a short note in the mail!!(stamp, hand written, and all)on a rotating basis??
Mom and I were just discussing the other day about having a dinner challenge. Work in pairs and everynight a different pair makes dinner. Gives everyone a chance to showcase their culinary prowess and takes the burden of a HUGE grocery bill off Mom. Every year we could switch names.....I like it
